Balsamic-Vinegar Spiked Strawberries
A touch of vinegar adds just enough acidity to balance summer-sweet strawberries.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
- 1-1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic or red-wine vinegar
Directions
| 1. Place strawberries in a bowl and toss with sugar to taste. Sprinkle with vinegar to taste. Let stand for 20 minutes before serving. |
