This week, do these things to grow younger:

1. Eat to Sleep Better

2. Walk at Least 30 Minutes Daily

Sign up for a charity 5K walk (or a longer one!). Having new goals keeps you motivated.

3. Retake the RealAge Test

And recheck your vitals (remeasure your waist and check your blood pressure and cholesterol again). Be impressed with the changes.

Bonus Moves for Overachievers

  • Monday: Turn off the TV, and don’t read the newspaper -- just for today. Use the computer only if you have to (shut it down once you’re done here). Instead, use the time to practice stress-reduction techniques.
  • Wednesday: Superflavor your meals with fresh and dried herbs. Here’s how to make the fresh ones last longer.
  • Friday: Write down how much you’ve changed over the last 60 days. Pat yourself on the back a lot, then make plans to keep going. Stick with what worked; change what didn’t. It’s that easy!
