Day 9: Stay Young Plan

Living mindfully means paying attention to the little things, finding purpose and meaning in everyday moments, and rediscovering the joy of being. Recapture your mindfulness with these four steps:

1. Call an old high school or college friend you haven't talked to in years. We all have people we've been meaning to get back in touch with. Now's the time to do it.

2. Do the chi-gong workout to help focus your mind and body.

3. Write down three things you're grateful for.
