Kirstie Alley knows all about that. Her weight has fluctuated throughout her acting career. She even scored a reality series because of her girth, Kirstie Alley's Big Life. The A&E series follows Alley as she tries to lose weight. Her stint on Dancing with the Stars helped her shed 40 pounds, of which she has gained back almost 10. Don't forget that sticking with a healthy eating plan is just as important as exercise, reminds Dr. Roach.
