Can Osteoarthritis Be Prevented?
Can I prevent the occasional stiffness in my joints from becoming osteoarthritis?
There is not much evidence that osteoarthritis can be prevented. What is known is that people who keep body weight within desirable limits and who exercise regularly have a lower risk of developing osteoarthritis.
If you have not already done so, take the RealAge Test to find out if you are in the healthy weight range.
