i love the way turmeric adds a lovely colour to curry.turmeric should be added to a very small amount of hot oil and any vegetable cooked in [Show More]

... and not only this. Turmeric is also good for brain diseases like Altzheimer. Even the MS Society recommends Turmeric.

For anyone who takes statins for hypercholestrolemia be sure you take a good CoQ10 supplement and a Essential Fatty Acid Complex ! An RN
