My favorite yogurt is Brown Cow Lowfat Vanilla with fresh blueberries and pecans. Sometimes I add some Kashi Go-Lean Crunch cereal to it. [Show More]

yougurt is really helpfull and try 3 days eating only yougurt and you'll feel good and lose about 1.5 kg , but this was in 12days diet plan [Show More]
