one of the most effective meditation method in India is Yognidra. its a 30 to 45 minute meditation. and it takes time to relax your mind and increase your concentration. Patients of depression and heart patients are mostly suggested for meditation, but its beneficial for everyone. It increases your control over your body and senses. But Yognidra can be done in the presence of a master or you can buy CDs for the same. one of the best CDs for Yognidra is "Yoga Nidra & Meditation " by Swami Satyananda Saraswati.You can check the "www.atmacenter.com" for same .
