Have you had a look at Camellia Tea Oil? I use a brand made here in Australia that is Extra Virgin Organic Camellia tea Oil. It has >80% monounsaturated good fat, omega 9, Vitamin E (antioxidant) and maintains its construction under very high temperature. It has a nice nutty flavour and is good for cooking or salads.
