It is generally not recommended to drink tea containing caffeine since it causes your body to be acidic. Just make sure the teas are herbal teas to promote good health.

TAKE FRESH BRUSSEL SPROUTS, CUT A "V" IN THE FLAT END, REMOVE THAT AND PULL THE LEAVES APART UNTIL THEY'RE ALL LOOSE. PUT OLIVE OIL INTO A SAUTE PAN....ADD A FEW CLOVES OF GARLIC, UNTIL GOLDEN....ADD THE LEAVES, ADD A 1/2 CUP OF WATER MIXED WITH CHICKEN BOULLION. LOWER HEAT AND LET STEAM UNTIL THE LIQUID IS GONE.....IT'S A GREAT WAY TO GET YOUR CRUCIFEROUS GREENS IN.

how about coconuts you can find them all grated up for you to eat real good when you're out of the othe r kinds of nuts that you would normally eat

try pomigrante juice it's great and soo good for you yes it may cost a little more but look for the sales.
