I am happy crab is good for our hearts. I like steaming hot crab, as long I don't have to start the cooking process. They are delicious sprinkled with black pepper-lemon-salt.

I am glad crab is good for you, I eat it all the time as I am in the crab business! Hot crab just out of the cooker is the best, except the melted butter, garlic and lemon I have to watch. crab cakes are a great meal, can be made with fat free mayo and panko rather than reg mayo and bread crumbs. Homemade coctail sauce is good too!
