REALAGE TIP

All About YOU: It's Okay to Cry

Don't hold back the tears. According to the RealAge doctors, a good cry now and then may do a body good.

Just as sweat removes salt, urine removes waste, and mucus traps bacteria, tears also serve a purpose. Emotional tears -- shed in moments of intense feeling -- carry stress hormones and are a way of getting rid of them. Even if crying embarrasses you, it signals that you've reached a level of stress that's detrimental to your health.

I used a cancer fighting herbal tea called Essaic when I was fighting breast cancer 12 years ago. I
also did chemo plus a low fat diet that I still stick to today. The tea bought me time so that my
body could fight off the "bastardly" cancer cells.
I did not loose all of my hair and I never got sick
from the chemo. Both of these I credit to the Essaic. My mother had colon cancer that went into her liver and she was the one that used the Essaic.
I put her on a very low fat diet to allow her liver
to rest. She did not loose all of her hair nor did
she get sick from the chemo. She lived 4 years pain
free. Essaic gave me the gift of time with her.
It can be found in herbal stores. It comes in dry or liquid form and it is added to water. It looks
like swamp water but tastes like the water in the pan after veggies are cooked. Good Luck using it.
