I do line dancing classes 5 times a week plus 45 min cardio and 30 minutes or more strength training at a gym 5 days a week. Can I substitute the line dancing for the 30 minutes walking that is recommended per day? I am a 67 year old widow, weigh 110 lbs and all my vitals are wonderful.
