Big surprise, the team of You doctors missed the best fish to eat for high omega 3's and the lowest levels of Mercury--Krill. Or you can simply buy Krill oil supplement if you're not a fish lover, and get all the great benefits of this SuperFish!

I was using Fish Oil supplement until I read, from a tip here, that if one has high blood pressure, not to use this supplement. No wonder I couldn't get my BP down.

It's so important to keep it all in balance. Don't focus on diet and supplements so much that you forget about the mental and spiritual aspects of your health. Remember that all disease has an emotional component. Read "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise Hay

what about fish oil pills is this as good as eating salmon
