I agree olive oil is great for your skin and hair. I make a scrub with sea salt and olive oil, it leaves your skin so fresh and smooth. Another tip is to use cold pressed sesame seed oil for your facials. Oil your face, let it sit for about 1/2hour and then place your face over a tub of hot water with a towel over your head to keep the steam in. Watch your face turn more and more youthful. Remember not to put anything on your skin, that you would not eat. Your skin is your bodies largest organ.

Olive Oil For Your Skin: I have used extra virgin olive oil for years. I put it on my face and neck AM and PM. I also use it all over my body after showering. It is chemical free, non-allergic, and nutritious for your body. It eliminates dry, itchy skin.
