Mentally challenging tasks require you to be "on." When your brain is stuck on "off," here's what to do:

I walk once a day for the body and once a day for the mind. Each walk is atleast 15 mins. long. I walk off stress, walk for happiness, look at nature, walk to get away from it all, walk to meditate-for every reason there is a walk and I really feel so much better afterwards.
