There is a very steep hill behind my house and each morning I walk up and down three times. I do take my 3 pound weights because I am over 60 and need to work with weights for my bone density. I rest on part of the downhill so that my breathing relaxes. It takes 10 minutes and I don't have to talk myself into doing it. If I go early enough, I get to say hello to the deer and the foxes!
I haven't lost much weight but I have lost 3 inches off my middle and am happy with that! Want to try walking backwards!

I've lost lbs. fast just a few years ago by walking a dog. I have to get back to it instead of my husband. lol
