Streyjay, the leading phase says all oils can be heated to 400F; is part of the whole sentence which applies to sesame, peanuts, grapeseeds, virgin olive oils. Extra virgin oil burns at 320F. ect...

the advice about oil temperature is misleading. the leading sentence says all oils can be heated to 400 F. in the next two sentences the 'safe' heating temps of all of them is below 400 F. correction please!

Sorry, but storing EVOO in clear containers causes it to loose nutrition. Better in dark colored glass in a dark place, or a ceramic bottle.
