Get a bamboo steamer, preferrably with two trays, take the broccoli, brussels sprouts, corn, squash, sweet potatoes and carrots and steam them. They taste great without any added seasoning and it's a nice change from salad.

A great way to add more green veggies into your life is:

1 bag frozen organic cherries or mango or raspberries choose 1 or mix it up..

2-3 pieces of chard or kale(remove hard middle stem),or 1 cup spinach
1 small handful of dandelion greens
1 small handful of cilantro
1 banana
1 to 1-1/2 cups water
1 tsp coconut butter(optional)

Blend in the blender, until smoothie like. Drink up your greens, good for you, and good for your pancreas and liver
