auntyk55 -- That makes a lot of sense because by the time you wake up in the morning, the sugar in muscles is mostly used up from fasting all night. Exercising in the morning *before* eating lets you tap right into the fat supply and use it for energy instead of sugar.

I have found that doing my exercises before I eat in the morning helps me burn more calories and fat throughout the day.

In a quest to curve my craving for sweets and lose weight, my doctor told me to crab a tablspoon of peanutbutter instead. He said it would feel me up because of the protein in it, it would give me more physical energy because of the niacin in it, and it had the healthy fats in it that's good for my body. So I kicked the sweets, and lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks!!

I have found that taking one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar every morning has caused me to lose weight
