I've been using the netipot for a few years and it really does work! It's so easy to use that my 12 yr. old daughter uses it when shes stuffy.I use it once or twice a day during allergy season and I haven't had to use any allergy pills. I highly reccommend it.

I have been using saline spray for sinus problems for the last 3 years and I have not had to make a single trip to the Dr. for RX since. I am careful not to tilt my head back...you don't want it to run down your throat. Just spray twice in each nostril, then blow your nose. Repeat every 1/2 hour till pain is gone.

I have used a neti pot for years and have found it to be so easy and so very effective for relief especially when ill with a cold or sinus infection. Nothing works faster to relieve those awful symptoms. I make my own solution 2 parts pickling salt (very important) to 1 part baking soda (buffers it so it doesn't hurt) and use 1/2 tsp. of the mix per pot, and mix with warm water. I use it religiously every single day. I highly recommend it if you haven't tried it. I won't leave home without it!!

I'm a pediatrician and I've been recommending generic nasal saline spray to my patients for years. I use it every day in the shower. I drink at least 16 oz of water before I take my shower and use the saline generously as soon as I get in. By the end of my shower, my sinuses are draining nicely. Sounds gross, but I haven't had a sinus infection in years, including the year I spent deployed to Iraq. I recommended it to my adult patients with chronic sinus problems there with excellent results.

Neti pots are cheap, messy, and not very effective at least in my opinion. A pulsating nasal irirgation device is the way to go for effective relief. Far more effective and the best natural approach to fighting infections and colds. I use the SinuPulse picked up at DrugStore.com and it has been a lifesaver.

Several years ago I started getting sinus infections every Fall and Spring due to allergy issues. But last year I read about using a Neti Pot to irrigate the sinuses out. So I went to my local drugstore and bought a Neti Pot kit that came with individual packets of saline to mix with warm tap water. I used it this past spring and just now here in the fall when I started having sinus troubles and WOW it really is effective. I have been able to clean out all the gunk and prevent things from getting worse and turning into a full-blown sinus infection both times. Pouring the warm saline water in one nostril and letting in drain out the lower one (turning your head slightly to one side - then the next) is a little weird at first. But once you get use to it, it is VERY easy, fairly comfortable, and best of all - super effective and getting your sinuses totally cleaned out where you can breathe fully once again through your nose. I can't recommend it highly enough!

I suffered at least two sinus infections every winter for a long trime and usually ended with a bronchitis infection from the mucous I swallowed. Then I found an effective cure by using my Waterpik on its lowest pressure level to rinse out my sinuses. I couldn't believe the amount of gray and yellow material I coughed up and the almost instananeous relief.

I have suffered from Chronic Bronchitis, Asthma attacks, Apnea, and at least 3 sinus infections a year, until now! About a year ago while waiting for another Rx, I discovered a sinus rinse with a giant spray bottle, and I have been using it since. I have not had ANY sinus infections or Bronchitis in over a year! It is the same principle as the neti pot, but much easier for me. The company 'NeilMed' produces both. Use it everyday and you really will be able to smell the roses!

I use to get at least two sinus infections a year. Usually thanks to my seasonal allergies. I started using a neti pot 10 months ago because of a sinus infection and it helped that infection go away. Plus, I haven't had another sinus infection now that I regularly use it once or twice a week.

I used a neti pot to help rid myself of my last sinus infection, and I highly recommend it! I'm convinced I got rid of my sinus infection quicker than using antibiotics alone.

I suffer from allergies all year round and I was recommened by a freind to use X-Clear. Its a simple and pure saline solution you can buy over the counter at The Vitamin Shop. Once a day, best if you use it in the A.M. and you'll truly breath alot better all day long. It works for me.

I had a severe case of sinusitis and my Dr. recommended the Neti Pot. It's fabulous and works like a charm. I may never have another infection now. Try It
