sprinkle yummy nuts (pine or pecans) on every salad ..and eat yogurt
or substitute frozen yogurt..better for you than ice cream..and you will not notice the texture difference when its frozen ..possibly fewer calories too...beat you to the fridge !!!!

I eat celery with peanut butter, low fat yogurt and i eat dinner on a saucer with a shrimp fork. cut sweets in half and that helps alot.

I find that cherry or grape tomatoes can cure my cravings for sweets. A handful is filling and satisfying!

I have a big Fig tree in my garden, at this time of the year I eat at least 20 figs a day, delicious, the best tasting fruit known to man (Or woman)

in winter, make some oat bran porridge, then add a small tub of organic smooth strawberry yoghurt, a sprinkling of pecans and almonds and chop fruit of your choice (banana or berries) a totally delicious, and of course nutritious breakfast.

To keep from to much snacking in the 3 to 4 pm
time period ,I have a handfull of almond or mixed nuts!
