You Docs recommend to stay away from crowded streets, freeway, if it is possible, live at least 300 meters away, because they produce tiny particles that cannot be filtered out by your lungs, that is the cause of arrhythmias..

I have realized that our body formations or gains lost energy from 10pm and ends at 6pm in the morning. Therefore i would recommend an early sleep for someone in order to let the body regain its lost energy especially the face as this would help fight wrinkles.

Use a Geo Forman grill. Cover top and botom plates with aluminum foil. Spray foil with Parkay no fat, no nothing butter veggie oil spread.
Heat to max. Lay fish on bottom foil. Spray fish with same veggie oil.
Let cook 5 mins not six. Place cook fish in dish and float in Worcestrshire sauce and tiny bit of salt. You have a healthy delicious meal in 5 mins.

I don't believe in fishing other than it sounds fun, so, I don't eat fish really, either. And after hearing about mercury, I can't much. So, I'll eat flaxseed oil softgels and find other ways of staying healthy, instead.

I have found that the best fish supplement for me has been Carlson's Cod Liver Oil. It is packaged in a green glass bottle. I have found it good for alleviating lupus symptoms!!!! I follow the directions on the bottle and have taken it every evening after dinner, for the past 10yrs and have not had to take any medications!!!!

How heartwarming to read that there are other animal-friendly people here! Good for you guys, Starbird and Fifi78!

If anyone reading this hasn't stopped to think about the pain and exploitation that the animals you chew up edure, it's time to wise up... I know that the higher levels of intelligence that we humans were granted can be used for good, if only we stop eating the garbage the government tells us- we need dairy and animal flesh- yeah, if you want to die of cancer, high blood pressure and cholesterol, and obesity. Oh, these lovely diseases of affluence! Sad...

There ARE other sources of omega 3 fatty acids than eating fish. Please encourage people to eat plant sources of omega 3's. Fish in the oceans are not meant for people to eat them. People need to eat a plant based diet without chemicals and additives and unnatural processes. That was how nature desgined us in her infinite wisdom. We were not put on earth to eat and survive on the flesh of non-human animals

Recently, I read an article on the vitamin B12 and the energy it procduces in your body. It also stated that it was very difficult to overdose on this vitamin. Is this is true?

"My clients are the whales, the sharks and the fish populations who have no one to fight for them."

"We're close to losing our essential diversity. Look at our wheat crops - we rely on a handful of grain crops and plants that we've refined and bred over hundreds of years. It only takes a new disease to come along and take out one of the building blocks and the planet will go through an environmental correction."

"I mean that there are too many people in the world. But we aren't essential to its survival. Worms are more important to the system than we are - they can survive without human beings but we can't live without worms.

But human beings in developing countries rely on fishing to survive; in the West we are constantly being urged to eat more fish on health grounds.

"Well, people may need to eat fish," he says, "but there aren't enough fish in the sea to go round. People mocked me in 1975 when I said that the cod fisheries would collapse.

This world isn't just about us. We are an animal like all the other creatures on earth.
