Don't ever swallow tap water that is contaminated with fluoride. Study s show that it enters the blood when swallowed and withdraws calcium from bones, causes cancer and brittle teeth then eventually deteriorate. It is important to boil tap water, cool it to appropriate temperature then put in refrigerator. Check with your local council and ask if fluoride is added to your water!

Pet and squeeze a dog or cat the right way, or go in a pool, and be sure to change your covers and pick up your materials off the floor and stay away from cigarette smoke. Also, turn off lights early and have quiet time. Go to bed before 1:40 also. Preferably 9:00-1:00.

Keep away from stress and maybe exercize if you have a cold. Or better yet, rest, drink fluids, stay away from dairy, take some vitamin E, eat an orange, some prunes, colostrum and oregano capsules, zinc gluconate, magnesium citrate, and eat white meat.

I stay faithful to my elliptical by choosing my favorite show time on TV. The half-hour goes by very fast 5 times a week, none on week-ends. I am 78 years old and quite well-traveled with my great husband of 49 years.

How to get total relief from a nasty boil. Wait until it's really uncomfortable, slice a raw potato about a 1/4" thick. Tape it securely
over boil, replace with a new slice every 4 hours until the head starts to ooze.Place clean fingers on each side of boil, then firmly pull away
from boil. It should open and the core with the infection should pop right out. it will bleed the rest of the infection out.Keep opening clean
and dry untill hole scabes over. This is a full proof remedy.

Here is a word from a doctor:
The "comon cold" as it is called is due to a viral infection and as there are over 150 different viruses that cause it you can catch one every other day!
Once you are ill no matter what you do it will stay with you for the time that it is intended to do regardless of any measures you take, for example increased intake of vitamin C, zinc supplement etc.
But there is one thing everyone can do to prevent catching the illness in the first place: be VERY meticulous with hand washing and dissinfecting after each "encounter" with another person, be it out for a cup of tea or coffee or going to the local super market as these viruses spread MAINLY through your hands and enter your body through your eyes and nose after you touch them with your infected hands.
So if you are familliar with "Detective Monk", well he is doing the right thing in order not to catch a cold!!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, REALAGE !! I am 68 and holding thanks to this website. This is something I CAN DO and I like Oranges anyway as I live in Florida. Tea is a special treat in the afternoon when I take a break. And I already eat yogurt, but I did not know abut pumpkin seeds.

when at a party I don't waste calories by eating\drinking everything that gets offered .I decide on a couple of things that I really want and enjoy them to the fullest without guilt.I make sure I drink water and eat an apple before arriving to take the edge off my hunger too.

I dress extra warmly,rest as much as possible and drink hot lemon and honey drinks when I feel one coming on.I usually avoid one completely then.

Since we had my son tested for allergies, and we've found that he is peanut allergic, peas and eggs and has been increased on his Zyrtec, he has yet to have a cold and be out of school this semester. Limiting ilk has also helped + vitamins + OJ with calcium!
