Great Harvest has whole grain breads that are very tasty. I like the High Five Fiber, which has 5 fibers per serving. I am incorporating more fiber in my diet and am always looking for foods with more fiber that taste good.

For Californians, check out a store called Le Pain Qoutidien , They only carry about 4-5 sorts of whole grain breads, but the ONLY bread I will buy or eat here in the U.S. Located in Studio City, Bev. Hills and now in Pasadena. GREAT!

I have type 2 Diabeties and Celiac Diease. I have difficulty including whole grains. I can get Glutin Free oats, Rice and Corn. Some of the GF Breads are over processed. Any recomendations?

Are there other choices to increase fiber?
