REALAGE TIP

The Superfruit You May Not Know

Try something different. Add a little lychee to your fruit salad. Not only will it add an exotic tickle for your taste buds, but it will tickle your ticker, too.

When scientists recently measured the heart-helping polyphenol content of fruits popular in France, lychees were bested only by strawberries. Grapes came in third.

With these exotic fruits, it would be helpful to have a photo next to the tip so we know what the fruit looks like when we go to buy it.

I'd actually like to ask a question. Does anyone know about the Jamoon fruit? It's a fruit similar to a grape but with a bigger seed.It is available in the Caribbean. It grows in clusters like the grape but on trees that grow very tall. I'd really like to know the properties of Jamoon.
Barbados.

I am supporting those of you who are advocating mangosteen from XanGo. It is simple to take, offers more nutrition per ounce and combined with the 3SIXTY5 viamins is a complete supplementation program. **snip*.

A tip for the Real Age website..It would be more helpful to inform us a couple months earlier than July that lychees could be shipped to us. All types of them are completely out of stock by now.

Barbie36, Asian markets have both canned and fresh lychees. However, the fresh lychees are not really, really fresh there, my experiences have not been good. don't know if you have a China town where you live, that is where you would find it. RodiKenley is right, Mangosteens are delicious, summer is the season in tropical countries...It is one of the best fruit on earth...not only in terms of antioxidants and polyphenols, no other fruit can beat its taste. I found that the mangosteen product, better known as Xango is a product that addresses so many health issues. It is my favorite. It supports whole body wellness. Now they have come out with a vitamin suppliment and in my opinion most people need not take anything else besides these 2 products to have total wellness. You can do your own research at pubmed.com on the mangosteen and it's properties. *snip*

Gosh, I'm spending more & more time in Chinese shops - a marvelous experience - the service is great, the produce is fresh, and the variety is endless! This high cholesterol of mine has opened whole new ways of cooking and has broadened by experience of this great city - Vancouver, BC

Lychee is sweet and meaty texture. I love lychee and it is a seasonal
fruit grown in China.
