Keep your mind on your goal. Read some article on good healthy foods & walk every day, try for 10,000 steps a day. It helps me stay focused. If I skip one day its easier to skip the next & I realized I haven' t worked on staying healthy in a week.

I use a large can of crushed pineapple in its own juice, divided into 4 servings, and freeze them. When solidly frozen, take one, add 1/2 cup of skim milk and mix on high in the blender. You will have pineapple sherbet. Add a sweetner to taste if you want, before mixing.

I'm pretty sure that flaxseeds have to be ground up in order for you to reap all their benefits, anyway. Your body can't break them down if they're still like little seeds.

Who would find a handful of flaxseeds an appetizing snack? Why not just grind them up and sprinkle them over your whole grain cereal with berries?

Make exercise a part of your daily activities. Park far from the entrance, use the stairs, carry your bags to the car rather than use the cart whenever possible.

i think eating too much red meat is dangrous to our health especially for uor knees, because it will increase( uric acid) in the blood, the more uric acid the more become crystals...s it will be painful ,inflammation may happen, so we should reduce red meats in our diets......
