According to another article: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/30280/alzheimers_info_dark_chocolate_red.html consuming red wine, dark chocolate, and eating nuts can help reduce your chances of getting Alzheimer's. I add playing video games, while doing the above, to keep my mind sharp. Sounds like a pretty easy way to keep Alzheimer's at bay...

I find doing puzzles-at least 300 pieces-also keeps one's mind sharp. You really have to think to figure out how the pieces go together. There very addictive, too. I find once I start a puzzle, I have to finish it. It just draws me right in.

go to the gym as early as you can before anything can get in the way
also keep a gym bag ready IN THE CAR so if something does get in the way you can get to the gym later ...if you go home first you won't go
last 10 min. is better then no min.

fill in the blanks is a great game--lots of fun and challenging--the best thing you've done so far. I plan to return to it often, regardless of my scores. Kudos.

As one gets older, one has to de-age the brain to slow down those "senior moments', so one should invest in brain food.

as we know , insulin plays a major role in distrubuting energy , so if we have low insulin from B-cells in the liver, probably many diseases arise...because body will suffer from it...brain excusively gains energy from glucose...
