The absolute best weight loss gadget is a PEDOMETER! Snap it to your waistband and wear it ALL day, and keep referring to it to make sure you get in at least 10000 steps a day for optimum health. It keeps me motivated, and I set goals to do even more when I travel. Walk, walk, walk!

Subtract 100 calories from your daily food intake. Comes to about 33 calories for each of 3 meals a day. Can be even less per meal (16 cal) if you reduce calorie intake by 16 calories thru out each of the the 3 meals and 3 snacks a day.

if you add Omega 3 (salmon oil preferably)to your diet three times a day in capsule form not only is it good for your brain and joints you will be able to wipe oil from your face at the end of the day even if you haven't applied moisturiser confirming its benefits to the skin

dont wait till your hungry to eat. . eat samll meals. or healthy snacks often. this helped me.if i waited too long to eat, and was very hungry, all the bread would disapear. a real weakness for me/ also water water water.
