Vaccines
I am a healthy adult under age 65. Do I really need to get an annual influenza vaccine?
People who are at the highest risk of developing complications from the flu are those who are elderly or who have certain chronic (long-term) medical conditions. Even though you dont fit that description, you may still want to get an annual influenza vaccine. The vaccine will be 70%80% effective in preventing the flu or reducing its severity.
