Calf Stretch
Stretches, uh, your calves.

With your hands on your waist, step about 3 feet forward with your right leg. Keeping your left heel on the ground, gently bend your left knee toward your left toe to stretch your left calf. Keep your chest up and eyes straight ahead. Hold for 15 seconds; reverse legs and repeat.
