Standing Chest Pulls

Stand on the band with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold the handles down by your sides, then slowly lift your right hand (palm side up) out in front of the right side of your chest and then back down. Move your left hand up and back down; do 25 times for each arm. If this is easy for you, do both at the same time.

Advanced: After finishing the set, hold both hands at the highest point for 30 seconds with palms facing up.
