What does "Keep me signed in" mean on the Sign In page?
If you check the "Keep me signed in" box on the Sign In page, you can stay signed in to RealAge on this computer for up to 2 weeks or until you sign out. The "Keep me signed in" checkbox applies to this computer only. If you're using a public computer, we recommend that you uncheck the checkbox.How do I complete my RealAge Test, if I haven't had a chance to finish it yet?

No. Our user authentication system requires a separate e-mail address for each subscriber. You can set up free individual e-mail addresses at any of the following sites for others sharing your address.Is there a fee to become a RealAge member?
There is no fee to take the RealAge Test or to receive helpful health tips and newsletters.How do I change my subscriptions?
Subscriptions may be updated by accessing My E-Mail Subscriptions. You may also unsubscribe from any message you receive by following the instructions at the end of the message.How do I prevent e-mail from going into a "bulk/spam/junk mail" folder?
Many e-mail programs have a built-in filter that automatically blocks messages from any sender whose e-mail address is not in the recipient's address book or Safe Sender list.
To ensure that RealAge messages arrive in your INBOX safely, please add Health@RealAge.com and Health@RealAge-mail.com to your e-mail address book or Safe Sender list.

How do I bookmark RealAge?
For Microsoft Internet Explorer- Go to http://www.RealAge.com.
- From the pull-down "Favorites" menu, select "Add to Favorites".
- Select the "OK" button.
- Go to http://www.RealAge.com.
- From the Bookmarks menu, select Add Bookmarks.
- A new window will open. Click Add to save the bookmark.
- Go to http://www.RealAge.com.
- From the Bookmarks menu, select Bookmark this page.
- The "Add Bookmark" dialog will open, asking you where you want to save the new bookmark.
- Select the folder that you want to save the bookmark to from the dropdown menu and click on OK.
