How do I change my personal information, such as my birth date or e-mail address?

Many e-mail programs have a built-in filter that automatically blocks messages from any sender whose e-mail address is not in the recipient's address book or Safe Sender list.
To ensure that RealAge messages arrive in your INBOX safely, please add Health@RealAge.com and Health@RealAge-mail.com to your e-mail address book or Safe Sender list.

Comcast
To add Health@RealAge.com and Health@RealAge-mail.com to your Comcast address book manually:
- Click the Address Book link in the left menu.
- Click ADD CONTACT at the top of your Address Book.
- To add RealAge, you may enter information in the General, Phone, Address, Internet and Personal pages. Enter Health@RealAge.com as the e-mail address. Use the tabs at the top to switch from page to page.
- Click Save button when you are finished entering all contact information.

To add Health@RealAge.com and Health@RealAge-mail.com to your Comcast address book from an e-mail:
- Open an e-mail message from RealAge and then click on the link directly below the senders name, titled Add to Address Book.
- Add the contact. The E-mail Address field will be pre-formatted with the address Health@RealAge.com displayed in the sender's message. You may enter additional information in the General, Phone, Address, Internet and Personal pages. Use the tabs at the top to switch from page to page.
- Click Save button when you are finished entering all contact information.

BellSouthTo add Health@RealAge.com and Health@RealAge-mail.com to the address book you must first log into your BellSouth Web e-mail. Once you are logged into Web e-mail, follow these steps:
- Click Address Book.
- Click Add New Contact.
- In the Display Name field, type the name to display for RealAge.
- In the E-mail field, type in Health@RealAge.com.
- To add more information, click Add More Information and type the applicable information.
- Click Save button.

CoxTo add Health@RealAge.com and Health@RealAge-mail.com to the address book you must first log into your Cox.net Web e-mail account. Once you are logged into Web e-mail, follow these steps:
- Click Addresses.
- Click Create Address at the top.
- Type Health@RealAge.com in the address area to store.
- Click Save.

Outlook 2002 Windows XPTo add Health@RealAge.com and Health@RealAge-mail.com to your Outlook 2002 Address Book:
- Open or preview an e-mail message from RealAge.
- Right-click the From name RealAge [Health@RealAge.com] and then click Add Contacts on the shortcut menu.
- Click Save.

Outlook 2000To add Health@RealAge.com and Health@RealAge-mail.com to your Outlook 2000 Address Book:
- Open an e-mail message from RealAge.
- On the From line, right-click the name Health@RealAge.com, and then click Add to Contacts.
A contact will open with RealAge and Health@RealAge.com filled in. You can add any other information you want. Then click Save.

EudoraPlease add Health@RealAge.com and Health@RealAge-mail.com to your Eudora address book to ensure your e-mails do not end up in the Junk Mailbox. Then choose Tools > Options > Junk Mail and place a checkmark next to the Mail isn't junk if the sender is in an Address Book option. Then click OK.
If a RealAge message has been delivered to the Junk folder in the past, highlight the RealAge message found in the Junk folder, and choose Not Junk from the Message folder.

Windows Eudora Macintosh Eudora Mozilla ThunderbirdPlease add Health@RealAge.com and Health@RealAge-mail.com to your Mozilla Thunderbird address book to ensure your RealAge e-mail messages do not end up in the Junk Mailbox. By default, addresses in the address book are not considered junk mail.
Mozilla Thunderbird calls spam "junk mail." When Junk filtering is enabled, all junk mail is automatically sent to the Junk folder.
To tell Thunderbird to not send RealAge e-mail messages to the Junk folder in the future, highlight the RealAge e-mail message found in the Junk folder, and click the Not Junk button in the Toolbar. You can also use the keyboard shortcut of Control + J, or choose Mark As Not Junk from the Message menu.
Apple MailPlease add Health@RealAge.com and Health@RealAge-mail.com to your Apple Mail address book to ensure your e-mails do not end up in the junk mailbox. By default, addresses in the address book are not considered junk mail.
Apple's Mail application calls spam "junk mail," and has two modes of junk mail blocking. In "Training" mode, messages considered junk mail are colored brown in your Inbox, but remain visible. In "Automatic" mode, junk mail messages are automatically sent to the Junk folder.
To tell Mail not to send RealAge e-mail messages to the Junk folder in the future, highlight the RealAge message found in the Junk folder, and choose Message > Mark > As Not Junk Mail.
Other e-mail programsIf you do not receive your RealAge notification message, please check your spam or bulk e-mail folder just in case it got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the message and mark it Not Spam. This should allow future messages to get through.

How do I bookmark RealAge?
For Microsoft Internet Explorer- Go to http://www.RealAge.com.
- From the pull-down "Favorites" menu, select "Add to Favorites".
- Select the "OK" button.
- Go to http://www.RealAge.com.
- From the Bookmarks menu, select Add Bookmarks.
- A new window will open. Click Add to save the bookmark.
- Go to http://www.RealAge.com.
- From the Bookmarks menu, select Bookmark this page.
- The "Add Bookmark" dialog will open, asking you where you want to save the new bookmark.
- Select the folder that you want to save the bookmark to from the dropdown menu and click on OK.
