Personal registration information may be updated by accessing
My Account. Click My Account from the top navigation, then choose "Change my birth date." You'll be asked to sign in again for security.
I share an e-mail address. How can a second person take the RealAge Test? Can I register more than one person to one e-mail address?
No. Our user authentication system requires a separate e-mail address for each subscriber. You can set up free individual e-mail addresses at any of the following sites for others sharing your address.
I forgot my password. How do I sign in?

How do I change my password?
Click
My Account from the top navigation, then choose "Change my password." You'll be asked to sign in again for security.
How do I create a password?
Choose a password of four to eight characters and enter it into the password field. For your protection, we suggest you use a password not previously used elsewhere; this should not be the password you use for your personal e-mail account.
Is there a fee to become a RealAge member?
There is no fee to take the RealAge Test or to receive the Tip of the Day.
How do I complete my RealAge Test, if I haven't had a chance to finish it yet?
On the homepage, click
"Take the RealAge Test." Sign in and choose the appropriate section from the left menu. The answers you entered previously have been saved.
How do I change my subscriptions?
Subscriptions may be updated by accessing
My Account You may also unsubscribe from any message you receive by following the instructions at the end of the message.

How do I prevent e-mail from going into a “bulk/spam/junk mail” folder?
Many e-mail programs have a built-in filter that automatically blocks messages from any sender whose e-mail
address is not in the recipient's address book or Safe Sender list.
To ensure that RealAge messages arrive in your INBOX safely, please add
Health@RealAge.com and
Health@RealAge-mail.com to your
e-mail address book or Safe Sender list.
Instructions:
First, find your e-mail program below. Then, follow the steps provided.
If you need more details on how to add e-mail addresses to your Safe Sender list, please contact your e-mail service provider.

To add

To add
Health@RealAge.com and
Health@RealAge-mail.com to the address book you must first log into your BellSouth Web e-mail. Once you are logged into Web e-mail, follow these steps:

In the Display Name field, type the name to display for RealAge. |

In the E-mail field, type in Health@RealAge.com. |

Cox
To add
Health@RealAge.com and
Health@RealAge-mail.com to the address book you must first log into your Cox.net Web e-mail account. Once you are logged into Web e-mail, follow these steps:

Outlook 2000
To add
Health@RealAge.com and
Health@RealAge-mail.com to your Outlook 2000 Address Book:

On the From line, right-click the name Health@RealAge.com, and then click Add to Contacts. |
A contact will open with RealAge and Health@RealAge.com filled in. You can add any other information
you want. Then click
Save.

Eudora
Please add
Health@RealAge.com and
Health@RealAge-mail.com to your Eudora address book to ensure your e-mails do
not end up in the Junk Mailbox. Then choose
Tools >
Options >
Junk Mail and place a
checkmark next to the
Mail isn't junk if the sender is in an Address Book option. Then click
OK.
If a RealAge message has been delivered to the Junk folder in the past, highlight the RealAge message
found in the Junk folder, and choose
Not Junk from the Message folder.

Mozilla Thunderbird
Please add
Health@RealAge.com and
Health@RealAge-mail.com to your Mozilla Thunderbird address book to ensure your RealAge e-mail
messages do not end up in the Junk Mailbox. By default, addresses in the address book are not considered junk mail.
Mozilla Thunderbird calls spam "junk mail." When Junk filtering is enabled, all junk mail is automatically sent to the Junk folder.
To tell Thunderbird to not send RealAge e-mail messages to the Junk folder in the future,
highlight the RealAge e-mail message found
in the Junk folder, and click the
Not Junk button in the Toolbar. You can also use the keyboard shortcut of Control + J, or choose
Mark As Not Junk from the Message menu.
Apple Mail
Please add
Health@RealAge.com and
Health@RealAge-mail.com to your Apple Mail address book to ensure your e-mails do not end up in the junk mailbox. By default, addresses
in the address book are not considered junk mail.
Apple's Mail application calls spam "junk mail," and has two modes of junk mail blocking. In "Training" mode, messages considered
junk mail are colored brown in your Inbox, but remain visible. In "Automatic" mode, junk mail messages are automatically sent to the Junk folder.
To tell Mail not to send RealAge e-mail messages to the Junk folder in the future, highlight the RealAge message found in the Junk folder, and choose
Message >
Mark >
As Not Junk Mail.
Other e-mail programs
If you do not receive your RealAge notification message, please check your spam or bulk e-mail folder just in case it got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the message and mark it Not Spam. This should allow future messages to get through.
