But do you know how much of each group kids should eat every day? Use this printable chart as a guideline, based on age. Post it on your fridge for easy reference. Also, try to think about your child's nutrient intake over a week, not just 1 day. When you add it all up, are all of the food groups covered? If yes, then you're on the right track. If no, work with your child on filling in the holes.
