Week 1: Just Walk and Eat
This week, do these things to grow younger:
1. Walk at Least 30 Minutes Every Day
If the weather is bad, walk in your living room with this video.
2. Eat Nine Handfuls of Fruits and Vegetables Each Day
Also have at least 1 ounce of nuts, and eat only whole-grain bread or cereal (fiber stars). Add fish three times a week. Use this list of healthy foods to get started.

Bonus Moves for Overachievers
- Every day: Drink plenty of water and a few cups of green tea. What's so great about green tea? You'll be surprised by this list -- especially #2!
- Wednesday: To crush cravings, try this.
- Friday: Take your vitals. Measure your waist (right at your belly button), and record that number (it will shrink in the next 8 weeks, if you want it to!). Why didn't we say check your weight? You can write that down, too, but because of waist fat's proximity to vital organs, it's the most dangerous fat you can carry, and one of the strongest predictors of heart disease, diabetes, and more bad stuff associated with obesity.
Get your doc to measure your blood pressure and cholesterol, if you haven't already. Write those numbers down, too.
