Has anyone used Dr. Arthur Perry's Night Cream and Day Cream and get good results. How and where to order these products? These are mentioned in YOU: Being Beautiful book.
Thank you very much. I will check back for replies.

Sorry Curiousity I have not read the book and do not know the skin care line.

I use Olay Regenerist Night product and my skin feels like silk now. You only use a dab so the jar of night cream lasts me all month..about a dollar a day if not less. It is my twice a day eye cream as well.

Ofcourse I use my BananaBoat SPF 50 everyday and that cream is just Gorgeous! The general rule is the higher the number the better the cream and this one hits the mark.

The BEST wrinkle cream you can use, and I am an aesthetician so I know this for sure, is sunscreen - prevent the problem in the first place. I am 53 and for the really bad stress my skin has been under with disease in 30 yrs my skin is in good shape. I walk outdoors for 30 - 45 min almost everyday of the year in temps that swing from +38c to -45c, my sunblock protects me from it all.

Cheers,

Nancy

Thank you NancyBare.
It is very kind of you to give advice. I appreciate and agree sunscreen is the best protection; Dr Oz. also agrees.
Have a nice day.

Curiosity, I haven't read their new book, as I am still on 'Staying Young'. But I'm pretty sure their #1 recommendation for skin care is a prescription from your doctor for Retin A. I'm curious as to what the book said because in this You Docs Daily blog entrie, they say a Retin A prescription works best. I've seen them say this before, too. Maybe their recommending this Dr. Perry cream as an alternative for those on a budget? Or who don't have health insurance? To come to think of it, I wonder how much a Retin A prescription costs...

I currently use Cetaphil Moisturizer, but would consider the Day Cream by Dr. Perry. I wonder just how much more effective it is. Better be good for $40 bucks a tub!

I just bought the book yesterday. Haven't heard of Dr. Perry's products. I too an a fan of Oil of Olay products. Especially the Foaming face Wash, (using for several years) gently cleans and removes make-up. Use the Oil of Olay Micro Dermabrasion and Regenerist creams.
Looking forward to reading Dr Oz's book and comparing products.

Hi, there are so many anti aging wrinkles control advertized from different doctors. I know woman loves to look and feel young.
Can any doctors recommend us which one is really the best one? I spend money and nothing works. I don't like botox thats I hate and deep peeling. But to be honest we all woman needs the most specific response which one is the best anti aging and controls our age? Money is not the issue we just needs to know the honest response? I know there are skin Doctor's out there can give us the be response? I would really appreciated.

Thanks,
Yllod

A friend suggested that taking Collagen in powder form is good for nails and hair. Still looking for confirmation on this.
