  • 1/2 cup(s) reduced-fat sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon(s) minced scallion greens
  • 1 teaspoon(s) seeded and minced serrano chile
  • 0.125 teaspoon(s) salt
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream, cilantro, scallion greens, chile, salt and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
