Ingredients

- 1 piece(s) Seaweed
- 1 medium lemon
- 1 medium flounder fish
- corn flour, 15 gr
- salt & pepper
- some water
Directions
- Cut a lemon in 2 halves. Lay the seaweed on a plate and wash it out with the juice of half lemon.
- Boil the flounder fish for 3 minutes and put it on the seaweed. Wash it out with some lemon.
- Prepare some porridge out of corn flour, water, salt and pepper and stir fry until you get some bread crumbs. Put them on top of the flounder fish.
