Ingredients

U.S. Metric Conversion chart
  • 1 piece(s) Seaweed
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1 medium flounder fish
  • corn flour, 15 gr
  • salt & pepper
  • some water

Directions

  1. Cut a lemon in 2 halves. Lay the seaweed on a plate and wash it out with the juice of half lemon.
  2. Boil the flounder fish for 3 minutes and put it on the seaweed. Wash it out with some lemon.
  3. Prepare some porridge out of corn flour, water, salt and pepper and stir fry until you get some bread crumbs. Put them on top of the flounder fish.
