Combination of sardines and eggs

  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Open a can of sardines and drain all liquid.
    Squeeze some lime juice over the fish, leave for
    five minutes and then drain excess liquid.
    Crack open two eggs season with favorite spices, salt black pepper, slight garlic powder and parsley.
    Mix fish with eggs and beat together until it is thoroughly mixed.
    Pour into frying pan and allow to simmer until firm, then turn over and continued frying until well cooked.
    Serve with biscuits, toast or any bread.
