Ingredients

U.S. Metric Conversion chart
  • .5 cup(s) flour
  • .25 cup(s) oats
  • .5 cup(s) brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoon(s) pecans, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon(s) margarine substitute
  • 7 cup(s) apples, peeled and sliced
  • .5 cup(s) dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon(s) apple butter

Directions

  1. Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and then cut in the margarine substitute.
  2. In another bowl, mix the fruit and lemon juice.
  3. Arrange the fruit in an 8-inch square baking dish and then spread the apple butter over the top.
  4. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the fruit.
  5. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 40 minutes.
