- .5 cup(s) flour
- .25 cup(s) oats
- .5 cup(s) brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoon(s) pecans, crushed
- 2 tablespoon(s) margarine substitute
- 7 cup(s) apples, peeled and sliced
- .5 cup(s) dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon(s) apple butter
Directions
- Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and then cut in the margarine substitute.
- In another bowl, mix the fruit and lemon juice.
- Arrange the fruit in an 8-inch square baking dish and then spread the apple butter over the top.
- Sprinkle the flour mixture over the fruit.
- Bake in a 375-degree oven for 40 minutes.
