Salad Ingredients
- 3 cup(s) packed (1 large bunch) arugula, washed and dried
- 1 cup(s) seedless watermelon, cubed

Directions
- Combine oil, vinegar and shallot; mix well.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired; let stand 5 minutes.
- Arrange arugula on two serving plates.
