- 1 bottle(s) 46-ounce bottle cranberry juice, chilled
- 1 cup(s) frozen blueberries or raspberries (do not thaw)
- mint sprigs (optional)
Directions
- Place the berries in a blender.
- Add the cranberry juice to within 1 inch of the top of the blender.
- Blend until the fruit is crushed and mixed.
- Serve the dessert in a stemmed glass topped with a sprig of mint.
