Ingredients

  • 4  carrots, shredded
  • 1 small bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) low-fat Greek-style yogurt
  • .25 cup(s) golden raisins
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 dash(es) Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper in a bowl; mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired.
