- 10 baby artichokes, peeled and quartered
- 2 cup(s) diagonally cut asparagus
- .333 cup(s) radish, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 clove(s) garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- .25 teaspoon(s) salt
- .125 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 19 ounce(s) (1 can) white beans, rinsed and drained
Directions
- Steam the artichokes for 10 minutes or until tender.
- Steam the asparagus for 2 minutes.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and gently stir in the artichokes and asparagus. Chill.
