Ingredients

  • 10  baby artichokes, peeled and quartered
  • 2 cup(s) diagonally cut asparagus
  • .333 cup(s) radish, thinly sliced
  • 3  green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • .25 teaspoon(s) salt
  • .125 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 19 ounce(s) (1 can) white beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

  1. Steam the artichokes for 10 minutes or until tender.
  2. Steam the asparagus for 2 minutes.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and gently stir in the artichokes and asparagus. Chill.
