Tasty__Fruit&Yogurt Smoothie
Yummy for the pallet And Yummy for the tummy.
A very healthy lite breakfast food drink.

Ingredients

U.S. Metric Conversion chart
  • 0.3333333333333333 cup(s) lo-fat skim milk, may use milk of your choice
  • 1/2 medium banana, medium ripe & med. large
  • 5 piece(s) strawberries, mediumlarge & med. ripe
  • 1 package(s) sweetner, I use sugar Twin Nothing with asparteme
  • 1 package(s) Crystalite drink stick on the go, I use the citrus flavor
  • 1 cup(s) lemon yogurt, I use Activia brand when needed 6 oz

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients onto counter beside the blender.
  2. Stem strawberries and chunk them.
    slice the half banana
  3. Place all ingredients into the blender
    Place lid on top of blender.
    press button for liquify and let run for one minute.
  4. Push off button. remove lid.
    Pour into 8 oz. glass and enjoy. You also may make two 4 oz servings.
