- 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- 1 large portobello mushroom cap (outer skin and gills removed)
- 1 tablespoon(s) soft goat cheese
- 1 slice(s) whole grain bread, toasted
- 1 teaspoon(s) bottled balsamic vinegar glaze
- 1 teaspoon(s) fresh basil, minced (optional)
Directions
- Spread oil over both sides of mushroom cap.
- Grill over medium-high heat or cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until tender.
- Spread goat cheese over toast.
- Slice mushroom cap; arrange over goat cheese.
- Drizzle glaze over mushroom.
- Garnish with basil if desired.
