  • 1  (8-ounce) carton low-fat raspberry yogurt
  • 3 cup(s) fresh peach slices
  • 1 tablespoon(s) honey or sugar
  • 1.5 cup(s) skim milk
  • .5 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the yogurt, peaches, and honey or sugar.
  2. Blend until almost smooth. Add the milk and vanilla and continue to blend until smooth.
  3. To chill, blend in 1 cup of ice. Serve immediately.
