  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar (or to taste)
  • .5 cup(s) fresh lime juice
  • 2 cup(s) sparkling water

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the mango, limejuice, and sugar on high speed until completely smooth (about 1 minute).
  2. Chill thoroughly and pour over ice. Add sparkling water and stir gently.
