Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • .25 cup(s) red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) basil
  • .5 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 1 head(s) green leaf lettuce
  • 10  cherry tomatoes, halved
  • .25  of a red onion, sliced
  • 1 package(s) (10 ounces) firm tofu, cut into 3/4-inch cubes

Directions

  1. Combine the oil, vinegar, salt, basil, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Add the tofu, stir, and marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, and onion.
  4. Add the tofu to the salad and toss.
